How we unlock potential in our consultants
Our 2.5-year development program is designed to unlock potential in our consultants and help accelerate their careers, whilst enabling our clients to realize value through tech. Here's an overview of how our program works.

Bespoke, salaried training
Upon joining, consultants receive four months of bespoke, salaried training which is delivered by our in-house team of professionals.
Guaranteed client engagements
Once trained, consultants are assigned to leading client organizations for a period of two years, gaining real-world exposure to projects and further developing their skills and knowledge.
Ongoing career progression
After 2 years of client engagements, consultants have the opportunity to join their client as a permanent employee or stay with us and continue progressing internally.
