Bespoke, salaried training
Upon joining, consultants receive 15 weeks of bespoke, salaried training, delivered by our in-house team of professionals.
Guaranteed client engagements
Once trained, consultants are assigned to leading client organisations, gaining real-world exposure to projects and developing their skills and knowledge.
Ongoing career progression
After 2 years of client engagements, consultants have the opportunity to join their client as a permanent employee or stay with us and continue progressing internally.
