At the start of the month our ELEVATE network (Kubrick's employee network for Women and Non-Binary People) held an insightful online session featuring esteemed guest speaker, Harvard Law Graduate and Executive Coach - Domonique Worship.
Our ELEVATE network was created to provide a safe and supportive space for all women and non-binary people at Kubrick to connect, share their thoughts, learn, and grow. Discussions like Domonique’s offers an open forum for our members to discuss and ask questions about the challenges they face at work and beyond.
During the session Domonique delved into the intricacies of balancing career development and prioritising personal growth as well as strategies for staying true to yourself while navigating corporate environments and how to manage career and life transitions with confidence.
Domonique also shared insights on key career milestones, discovering her passion, and practical strategies for finding the balance between pursuing career ambitions against personal life goals as well as answering a number of questions from our members.
On the session, Domonique said "The fireside chat highlighted the importance of open conversations about the complex dance between professional ambition and personal fulfilment. Navigating these priorities can be challenging, but by sharing strategies and fostering a supportive community, we can empower women at all stages of their careers to advocate for themselves, achieve healthy work-life integration, and confidently navigate transitions."
