Kubrick have been named again in the coveted Financial Times 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies. The award marks the second year in a row that Kubrick has made the list, following from their impressive debut entry in 17th position in last year’s publication.

The data, AI, and cloud consultancy cemented its place in the 2022 edition of the FT 1000 after a year of exceptional growth, deploying over 500 consultants and adding 34 organizations to their portfolio of clients across industries in 2021 alone. Kubrick, which has trained over 1000 professionals in critical technology skills since its inception in 2016, is now on an elevated trajectory for expansion for 2022 and beyond; they announced their partnership with Bowmark Capital in November 2021 in order to continue scaling while simultaneously enhancing the delivery of their cutting-edge training programs and driving forwards in their commitment to bringing more diversity into the technology sector.

“Our continued presence amongst the fastest growing businesses in Europe is an eye-opening reflection of the great need for data and next-generation technology skills, which is holding back organisations and society at large”, said Simon Walker, Kubrick Co-Founder. “The demand we are witnessing in the UK alone is staggering, and we have been working tirelessly to address the accelerating skills shortage head-on by building a diverse workforce capable and ready to help organisations transform.”

“We are incredibly proud to be recognised for how far we have come already in our six years of trading, but we are still at the start of our journey”, added Co-Founder Tim Smeaton. “This accolade comes at a particularly pivotal moment for Kubrick’s mission as prepare to deploy our first US consultants in the New York area next month, taking on the global skills crisis which is especially prevalent in the United States.”

The rankings, created by researchers at Statista, are available online here. The special report in the Financial Times will be available on March 21st, but in their initial findings they noted that only 306 companies listed had appeared in the previous edition, highlighting Kubrick’s exceptional position at 267.
