Kubrick Partners with10,000 Black Interns

We followed up with a selection of the interns, trainers, and our HR Business Partner Maddy Wright to find out how they found the initiative.

“Two weeks ago we sadly said goodbye to the 10 incredible interns who had spent the last 6 weeks with us. During their time they led projects, learned new skills and took part in a number of sessions to support both their personal and professional development. On their final day they presented back to various stakeholders in HQ showcasing the great things they achieved during their projects. During the interns time with us they worked collaboratively on various projects which was presented back to key stakeholders in their final week with us. We also ran some sessions on important skills for work to support their personal and professional development.
