Building a diverse workforce
We believe data and AI should be open to everyone with the potential to succeed. That’s why we’re focused on removing barriers to entry and creating an environment where people from all backgrounds can belong, grow, and contribute. A more diverse workforce doesn’t just strengthen our culture – it leads to better thinking, better solutions, and better outcomes for our clients.
38% of employees self-identified as female and non-binary
12% of employees self-identified as being neurodivergent
2% of employees self-identified as belonging to marginalized ethnic groups
15% of employees self-identified as members of the LGBTQ+ community
Caring about wellbeing and psychological safety
We are committed to creating a culture where mental health is taken seriously, and support is visible.
Our trained network of Mental Health First Aiders across the US and UK provides confidential peer support and helps colleagues access professional resources when needed.
Supporting careers and family life
Kubrick offers a range of family friendly policies designed to support colleagues at different stages of life, including enhanced parental leave and flexible working options.
Our goal is simple: to enable people to accelerate their careers without feeling they must choose between professional growth and family commitments.
Shaping our culture through ERGs
Our employee resource groups create space for connection, dialogue and action, and are actively supported by the business through executive sponsorship and investment.

The Kubrick Muslim Network
The Kubrick Muslim Network is an employee led community that builds connection, raises awareness of Islam and supports colleagues in practicing their faith at work.
Each year, the network leads our Big Fast initiative, inviting colleagues across Kubrick to fast in solidarity and break fast together. In 2025, the event also raised funds for WaterAid, combining community with meaningful impact.

Mental Health First Aiders
At Kubrick, your mind matters to us. Our Mental Health First Aiders are integral for supporting employees on how to work in ways that allow them to prioritize and manage their mental health within a professional environment. They are a first port of call for someone undergoing or at risk of experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis, and their training allows them to safely and responsibly provide confidential guidance as to how to access necessary resources for treatment and/or support.
Partnering with Women in Data to close the gender diversity gap
Kubrick is a long-standing partner of Women in Data ®, a UK nonprofit focused on improving representation and opportunity for women in data, technology, analytics and AI.
Together, we support industry events and leadership forums that advance gender equity in the sector. In 2025, Kubrick was named Women in Data ® Partner of the Quarter for our contribution to the Women’s Health initiative, exploring how AI can uncover and address systemic bias in health research. This work was also shortlisted for the DataIQ Data and AI for Good Hero Organization Award.
Respecting and championing authenticity
We believe no one should not have to change who they are to succeed, and actively encourage people to bring their authentic selves to work.
For instance, we are a signatory of The Halo Code, reinforcing that Afro textured hair and protective styles are welcomed and respected across our organization.
A platform for diverse stories
In 2021, we launched a podcast series called ‘Diversifying Data’. This podcast explored different facets of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the world on next-generation technology, offering a platform for underrepresented voices to share stories, insights, and experiences. We interviewed people across a wide range of industries and at various stages in their career and delved into a multitude of topics such as neurodiversity, sexuality, gender identity, mental health, social mobility, ethnicity, and more.
