Kubrick named Collibra Regional Systems Integrator of the Year, EMEA 2026

Collibra Kubrick Award 2026

Kubrick has been named Collibra Regional Systems Integrator of the Year, EMEA 2026, recognising the strength of our partnership with Collibra and the work our teams have delivered with enterprise organisations across the region.

Since our partnership began in 2019, we have built a dedicated Collibra capability that combines strategic data governance advisory with deep platform implementation expertise. Kubrick sits at the intersection of data governance strategy and Collibra delivery, helping organisations define how governance should work and then building the platform capability that makes it real. We can build the plan, and we can deliver it.

From governance strategy to Collibra delivery

Successful Collibra programmes rarely start with technology. They start with questions around ownership, accountability, operating model, priority data, business outcomes and how governance should work across the organisation. We work with data leaders to define those foundations and then translate them into practical Collibra capabilities.

That might mean designing a governance operating model and implementing the workflows that support it, defining Critical Data Elements and connecting them to lineage and data quality, or establishing a data product strategy and creating the marketplace experience through which those products are governed and consumed. For us, strategy and implementation are part of the same journey.

Across more than 30 enterprise Collibra engagements, Kubrick has supported organisations in financial services, insurance, energy, life sciences, retail and other complex data environments. Our work spans ownership and stewardship, metadata and lineage, data quality, governance workflows, Critical Data Elements, data products and platform adoption.

The objective is not simply to implement Collibra. It is to ensure that the platform supports how an organisation actually wants to govern, understand and use its data, and that the capability continues to deliver value beyond go-live.

A capability built to scale

At the centre of our Collibra work is Kubrick’s dedicated Collibra Centre of Excellence, bringing together Collibra Rangers, experienced practitioners, technical expertise and reusable delivery patterns developed across our client engagements.

For clients, that means access to teams that have solved similar challenges before, proven approaches that can accelerate delivery and specialist expertise spanning both governance design and platform implementation. It also allows us to support the full Collibra lifecycle, from initial strategy and roadmap development through implementation, integration, adoption, optimisation and ongoing platform management.

Just as importantly, we focus on building capability that lasts. Our aim is to leave client teams with the processes, patterns and knowledge required to continue scaling governance themselves, rather than creating dependency on an implementation partner.

Kubrick has built an outstanding Collibra capability over the last few years, combining deep implementation expertise with a strong focus on customer outcomes. They maintain a close partnership with Collibra throughout and it’s a pleasure to work with them across a range of innovative projects and events in UKI & Middle East. But it’s not just that Kubrick can lead customers through data transformation for the AI era, it’s their ability to apply the breadth of Collibra’s evolving capabilities to real business priorities. The technology world is about driving better outcomes for people, which shines through with Kubrick.

From trusted data to trusted AI

Those foundations are becoming increasingly important as organisations scale AI. AI systems need more than access to data: they need context around what that data means, where it came from, who owns it, whether it can be trusted and how it should be used.

Metadata, lineage, ownership, quality and policy therefore become part of the foundation for effective AI governance. This is where our work with Collibra continues to evolve, connecting Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Products and AI Governance to help organisations build trusted enterprise context around both data and AI.

The outcome is broader than better governance: AI solutions that leaders can trust, governed data products that teams can confidently use, and more defensible decisions built on trusted data.

“

A fantastic recognition of what Kubrick and Collibra have built together. Collibra is a strategically important partner for us, helping organisations turn trusted data into a business asset and create the foundations to scale AI with confidence. The conversation is increasingly moving into the boardroom, around data, AI, governance, risk and business value. Our partnership with Collibra puts us in a strong position to help clients turn those priorities into tangible, measurable outcomes.

— Nick Allen, Chief Revenue Officer, Kubrick Group

A partnership built over time

Being named Collibra Regional Systems Integrator of the Year, EMEA 2026 reflects a partnership that has grown steadily since 2019. During that time, Kubrick has built a dedicated Collibra practice, developed specialist Rangers, trained hundreds of consultants, established a Centre of Excellence and supported organisations across every stage of their Collibra journey.

Most importantly, the award recognises the work of the teams delivering alongside our clients every day. Thank you to our people, our clients and our colleagues at Collibra who have contributed to that journey.

We are proud of what we have built together and excited to continue helping organisations turn data governance strategy into a capability that works in practice.
