The approach
Working with the client’s technology partners: Databricks, AWS, and PowerBI, Kubrick created a centralized solution to provide insights into their client data, including:
- Automated ingestion of data into cloud storage via SFTP.
- Development of Databricks Spark pipelines to load data into Snowflake, operating on a daily refresh via Databricks Workflows.
- Adaptable Power BI reports covering analytics on pay for performance, account sales and market benchmarking.

The impact
In 6 months, the project delivered five high utility products covering differing reporting requirements, leading to a 33% reduction in reporting run time compared to previous processes.
The all-in-one solution increased revenue-driving advisory work. This created opportunities such as a modern subscription-based model.
