In this month’s episode of Diversifying Data, Senior Account Manager Rahki Sharma is joined by co-founder and CEO of Carruthers and Jackson Caroline Corruthers and Kubrick Data Management Consultant Isabel Becker. Throughout this episode, they explore how to make the data & tech industry more accessible, and how to invite more diversity into the industry.
They also dive into their own individual drivers and contributions to the data landscape as well as the way in which is data preserved, as well as the barriers to entry they faced when launching careers in the tech space and the steps they took to overcome these barriers. Lastly, Caroline and Isobel reflect on the importance of diversity within technology and the continuous efforts we need to be taking at an individual and societal level to further drive positive change.
