of LinkedIn’s tools.
Kubrick have been awarded the Talent Insights Pioneer at the 2021
LinkedIn Talent Awards in recognition of their use of the LinkedIn
Talent Insights tool. It is Kubrick’s first award from the international
awards body at LinkedIn, winning in the category for businesses with
under 10,000 employees. The Talent Insights Pioneer award was shared by
BP for businesses over 10,000 employees.
Via their annual awards ceremony, LinkedIn recognises the successes
and innovations of talent professionals in the UK and across the world
using their tools and capabilities to build incredible teams. This award
reflects the companies that are utilising LinkedIn Talent Insights to
gain real-time insights and make smarter decisions when navigating the
everchanging talent landscape. For Kubrick, LinkedIn Talent Insights is
a critical means to understand the talent needs of their clients as well
as themselves when building a workforce in data and next-generation
technology. The tool, which is managed by Kubrick Client Analytics and
Strategy Consultant Joseph Woodman, allows Kubrick to anticipate the
demands of the growing digital skills emergency and drive the
development of their practices to meet it.
Speaking on Kubrick’s success at the awards and his own work with
LinkedIn Talent Insights, Joseph said: “At its heart, Kubrick is pushing
the boundaries of data and next-generation technology, and it is
important that we practice what we preach. LinkedIn’s tools allow us to
ensure that our strategic thinking is not just data-aligned but
data-driven.”
