Kubrick announces the first members of their new Diversity Champions working group.
Kubrick has launched its first Diversity Champions group, a cross-functional working group dedicated to strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Bringing together members of the HQ team and consulting community, the group serves as a central source of support for employees, offering confidential guidance, promoting inclusive practices, and helping shape policies and thought leadership on DEI.
Diversity Champions are appointed for one-year terms and work closely with Kubrick’s HR team and senior leaders to align initiatives with the company’s long-term commitment to inclusion. Each Champion is available as a point of contact for open and respectful conversations and shares their preferred name, pronouns, and areas of focus on internal platforms to encourage accessibility and trust.
As part of the group’s launch, the Champions hosted company-wide sessions focused on allyship and inclusive leadership, providing practical guidance on how employees can actively support colleagues from underrepresented backgrounds.
Jem Gates, Data Engineer, shared:
“Having visible and approachable advocates makes a real difference. It helps people feel represented, heard, and supported. I’m excited to help my colleagues engage in meaningful conversations and contribute to policies that reflect the realities people face.”
The Diversity Champions initiative reflects Kubrick’s broader commitment to building an inclusive workplace where people from all backgrounds can thrive, grow, and contribute to long-term success.
