Kubrick has become a corporate member of Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), strengthening its commitment to building a more inclusive and supportive workplace for neurodivergent individuals.
The announcement follows Kubrick’s participation in Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2023, where the company highlighted its ongoing efforts to raise awareness and celebrate cognitive diversity across the organization.
NiB is an industry forum focused on improving workplace inclusion for neurodivergent professionals. The organization works with employers to promote understanding, empower neurodivergent individuals, and encourage effective allyship.
To mark the start of the partnership, Kubrick representatives attended NiB’s Annual Conference, engaging with industry leaders and learning from best practices in neuroinclusive workplace design.
Driving inclusion for neurodivergent employees remains a key priority for Kubrick. A recent internal survey showed that 10 percent of respondents identified as neurodivergent, reinforcing the importance of creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and able to perform at their best.
The partnership with NiB will support Kubrick in developing a structured action plan and embedding neuroinclusive practices across recruitment, development, and day-to-day working life.
Shijo Varghese, former Diversity Champion member and Kubrick Alumni, added:
“The conference highlighted how many neurodivergent people remain undiagnosed and unsupported in the workplace. Creating tailored adjustments isn’t just the right thing to do, it also drives better outcomes for individuals and organizations.”
By joining Neurodiversity in Business, Kubrick is reinforcing its long-term commitment to building inclusive teams where diverse ways of thinking are valued and supported. The partnership forms part of the company’s broader mission to create environments in which people from all backgrounds can thrive.
