Kubrick has been named in the 2021–22 The Times Top 100 Graduate
Employers, joining leading organizations such as Deloitte, the BBC,
and Google as one of the most attractive places for graduates to start
their careers.
Ranked 87th on the list, Kubrick placed ahead of fellow newcomers
including PepsiCo, The Walt Disney Company, and Diageo. The recognition
reflects the company’s continued growth and its distinctive model for
developing early-career talent in data, AI, and cloud technology.
The announcement follows a period of rapid expansion for Kubrick,
which was previously recognized as the UK’s second fastest-growing
private company in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and one of
Europe’s fastest-growing businesses in the Financial Times
1000.
As one of the youngest companies featured in the ranking, Kubrick
stands out among long-established graduate employers in consulting, law,
and financial services. Since its founding in 2016, the company has
trained more than 750 consultants, with nearly 400 joining in the past
year alone. With hundreds of new roles planned, Kubrick is well
positioned for continued growth in future rankings.
The Top 100 Graduate Employers list is based on research conducted by
High Fliers Research, surveying more than 16,000 final-year students on
which organizations they believe offer the best graduate opportunities.
This year’s results highlighted growing interest in technology-driven
careers combined with structured training and long-term development.
Kubrick’s salaried training model and focus on career progression
continue to attract strong interest from graduates, with more than
60,000 applications received to date.
Reflecting on the recognition, co-founder Tim Smeaton said:
“Graduates are looking for meaningful training and real career
opportunities, especially in fast-growing technology fields. We founded
Kubrick to remove barriers to entry and help people from all backgrounds
build successful careers.”
Simon Walker added:
“This ranking reflects the quality of our training and the
opportunities our clients and partners provide. We’re proud to support
ambitious graduates as they develop in-demand skills and deliver real
impact.”
Being named among the UK’s top graduate employers reinforces
Kubrick’s commitment to building diverse, highly skilled technology
teams and supporting the next generation of industry leaders.
