Kubrick launches its Women’s Network, a global community for female and non-binary identifying employees and Alumni to share experiences and drive for a more inclusive workplace.
The launch of the Kubrick Women’s Network was celebrated across Kubrick’s London and New York offices as members of the newly formed association gathered to begin discussions on the future of their community. The Women’s Network is a global group dedicated to improving the experiences of female and non-binary staff inside Kubrick, within our client organizations, and into their future careers as Kubrick Alumni.
Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Simon Walker reflected on the importance of the launch. “Having representation of all and enabling people to feel included and supported is a constant journey Kubrick is on, it will never stop,” he said. “Having networks where people can form community is one of those critical steps and I am thrilled to see the launch of Kubrick’s Women’s Network paving the way for others to follow.”
The network has already begun rolling out a series of forums and events, including confidential Open Spaces discussion groups, surveys, and allyship webinars, with open applications to join the network for all female and non-binary identifying employees.
