Kubrick are named in the shortlist for Best Graduate Employer by
Women in Tech.
Kubrick has been shortlisted for ‘Best Graduate Employer’ at the
Women in Tech Employer Awards, recognizing organizations across the UK
that are committed to supporting and advancing women in technology
careers.
The nomination follows Kubrick’s recent inclusion in The Times
Top 100 Graduate Employers and reflects the company’s continued
focus on building diverse, inclusive pathways into data, AI, and cloud
careers. Fellow finalists in the category include Vantage Point Global,
mkodo, and Graphcore.
Kubrick’s workforce model is built around widening access to
technology careers. The company hires candidates from all academic
backgrounds, including arts and business disciplines, helping to expand
gender diversity beyond traditional STEM pipelines. All consultants
receive a salary from day one of training, removing financial barriers
that often limit access to reskilling opportunities.
With more than 1,000 consultants trained and an expanding training
program, Kubrick is increasingly recognized as an employer of choice for
women entering the technology sector.
Linda MacDonald, Chief HR Officer at Kubrick, said:
“Closing the gender gap in technology requires more than targets.
It’s about creating an environment where women feel confident that they
can succeed. We’re proud to see our approach reflected in this
recognition.”
