The challenge
Operating in the highly competitive industry of luxury vehicles, Jaguar Land Rover needed critical insights to build on its luxury brand and leverage its digital strategy to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency and drive sustainability. This required building up their data and technology function.
They needed a rapid, cost-effective, and low-risk solution to quickly add skills to their growing teams and future proof their long-term talent strategy.

The approach
JLR engaged a cohort of Kubrick’s Data Engineers to augment their digital and analytics capabilities, creating optimized processes and unlocking insights.
As they increased investment, Kubrick were able to match the scaling of resources, deploying consultants from across data and AI practices to handle all aspects of the transformation, including blended squads of junior and senior consultants for cost-effective project delivery which maintains the option of long-term talent retention.
Examples of a project include working with Kubrick’s Training Lab and Gold Partnership with Microsoft to onboard 25 Data Engineers who created an all-in-one pipeline and visualization solution for competitor analysis via Microsoft Azure and Power BI in a rapid two-week sprint.
