    Teams were spending too much time gathering and cross-referencing all this data to build manual reports.  Without a more accurate, timely view of their portfolio, decision-making fell behind, meaning lost opportunities and missed risk signals.

    • A Databricks platform to centralize asset data and create a master register

    • An AI workflow to extract and surface risk items and actions from board documents
    • Streamlit and Databricks dashboards to give teams access to trusted performance metrics
