The migration involved rebuilding hundreds of reports from the legacy reporting platform to Power BI, the client’s new enterprise reporting tool. Replacing the legacy data warehouse would realize operational cost savings, reduce risk from the legacy platform, and drive adoption of the new reporting platform.

    The client needed deliver a large-scale migration of reports and data assets within a tight timeline, so that they could decommissioning a legacy platform.

    The team also needed to update and refactor existing reports while continuing to meet demand for new ones.

    At the same time, the client wanted to build a lasting reporting capability that would remain in place after the project ended.

    We delivered a 25% cost saving compared with competitor offerings.

    The client retained 40% of the delivery team as part of its enterprise reporting function, providing direct support to the business during the next phase of the project.
